Yoto Mini customers: Product Safety Issue
If you own an affected Yoto Mini (2021-2023 edition), we invite you to order your free Battery Replacement Kit by following the steps below. When your Battery Replacement Kit is ready to ship, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date.
Note: Orders placed from mid-February will be dispatched by the 4th April 2025. When your Battery Replacement Kit is ready to ship, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. Thank you for your patience.
The kit will be available free of charge, and will contain a new replacement battery from a new supplier, required tools and detailed instructions on how to change the battery in your Yoto Mini device.
To order your free Battery Replacement Kit, you will need the email address that your Yoto Mini is registered with to log in, and your Yoto Mini close by to check the base for the serial number.

Input your Yoto Mini serial number

Once the new battery is installed, scan the QR code on the packaging or complete a registration form

Receive your thank you voucher (post registration)
